1. Use of the Website

or have parental consent to use Party Lab and make ticket purchases.
b. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
c. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information when registering or
purchasing.
d. You may not use this platform for any illegal or unauthorized activities.


2. Event Information and Pricing

schedules, and pricing for all listed events. However, we do not guarantee the
accuracy or availability of event information.
b. Ticket prices are subject to change without prior notice. Promotional
discounts or early-bird offers may have specific time limits and conditions.


3. Orders and Payments

a. By purchasing a ticket, you make an
offer to attend the selected event, subject to the organizer’s terms.
b. Party Lab reserves the right to cancel orders due to fraud suspicion, errors
in pricing, or availability issues.
c. You agree to provide valid payment details and authorize us to charge your
selected payment method for the total amount, including applicable fees.
d. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party gateways. Party
Lab does not store full payment details.


4. Ticket Delivery

a. Tickets are issued electronically and
delivered via email or through your Party Lab account.
b. You are responsible for ensuring the correct email and contact information
is provided during purchase.


5. Event Access and Entry

a. Entry to events is subject to the venue
and organizer’s rules and policies.
b. You must present a valid digital ticket or QR code at the event.
c. Party Lab is not responsible for denied entry due to late arrival,
misconduct, or personal error.


6. Refunds and Cancellations

a. All ticket sales are final unless
an event is cancelled or significantly rescheduled by the organizer.
b. Refund requests will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
c. Party Lab is not responsible for refunding tickets for events postponed
without cancellation.


7. Intellectual Property

a. All website content including logos,
designs, text, and visuals belong to Party Lab or our partners and are
protected by intellectual property laws.
b. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute any content without written
permission.


8. Limitation of Liability

a. Party Lab shall not be held liable for
any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your
use of our site or your participation in any events.
b. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or performance of third-party
hosted events listed on our platform.


9. User Conduct

a. Users may not post offensive,
misleading, or inappropriate content through comments or reviews.
b. Party Lab reserves the right to remove user accounts or content that
violates these terms.


10. Amendments and Termination

a. We reserve the right to update or modify

Party Lab Refund Policy

Thank you for using Party Lab to book your
tickets to the most exciting EDM events in Sri Lanka. We are committed to
providing a smooth and satisfying experience for all our users. Please read our
refund policy carefully before purchasing.

Ticket Refunds

All ticket sales on Party Lab are final,
and we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind or inability to attend
an event.

However, refunds may be issued in the Event
of cancellation by the organizer

Party Lab will work with the event
organizer to initiate your refund.

Ticket Transfers / Exchanges

We currently do not support ticket
exchanges or rescheduling.

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds for:

Missed events due to personal reasons
(e.g., late arrival, transport issues)

Unsatisfactory experience at the event

Purchases made through unofficial platforms
or outside Party Lab

Events that are postponed but not cancelled

Event Cancellation or Postponement

If an event is cancelled, a full refund
(excluding transaction fees) will be issued automatically or upon request.

If an event is postponed, your ticket will
remain valid for the rescheduled date.

Refund Process & Timeline

If your refund is approved:

It will be issued to your original payment
method

Please allow 7–12 business days for the
refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider

You will be notified via email once the
refund is processed
